One of my two Waykar dehumidifiers stopped removing moisture so I contacted customer support. They walked me through troubleshooting steps and concluded that they would replace the unit. The process was very efficient and the people very friendly. I have long said that when you find out how good a company is, is when you have a problem. My observation is that the people at Waykar are very committed to providing their customers a quality product, which includes standing behind that product if and when one has a problem.
From the beginning the response time was good and the part arrived on time and in good condition.
Doesn’t seem to compare well with the70 pint Frigidaire I had ,no drain hose was included . However it does operate.
A good dehumidifier that does a good job of keeping the humidity under control in my basement.
