I bought this dehumidifier a few months ago but only recently attempted to use it. It put off a haze when I plugged it in. I open the case to find that the copper tubing was not connected. I registered the dehumidifier when I bought it. They are not honoring their warranty. They are stating that I must submit my original receipt to do an exchange. I no longer have access to the original receipt. Don’t trust this company they do not honor their warranty!!!
The dehumidifier works well, however it is nosier than expected.
The panel is very poorly designed. There needs to be some contrasting dark lettering on the panel.
Bought for the drain feature, Keeps my airplane hangar at 50% in FL. Ran for a year without issue, then had to replace a sensor, but it was supported under warranty. so Thumbs up to Waykar.
By the way, in replacint the sensor it takes more time taking the screws out of the cover. thing is well made.
The machine is working wonderfully good. It extracts 6 cups +/- of water daily while running 12 +/- hours. I'm very satisfied with my new dehumidifier.
All parts are easy to clean - the removable filter, the water collection bucket, and the smooth outer housing. It is also easy to move from room to room because there are wheels on the bottom that glide smoothly over various surfaces.
