I purchased through Amazon and received product quickly. I was hopeful it was going to be a great solution for assisting in dehumidification of my finished basement. My first red flag was when I was trying to inquire about ducting options and recommendations from the company and was sent an email with no grammatical accuracy, spelling errors and basically no information to assist me from someone by the name of Penny. So I did my own research and came up with a plan based on recommendations of another duct-able dehumidifier brand that actually listed installation recommendations. So prior to ceiling mount installing the unit with permanent ducting through my finished walls I decided to test the unit to ensure it was operational. It turned on and seemed to be working, I set the humidity level to 38 as it is a conditioned space and is generally around 55-65RH at any given time. The product did pull water out of air but not any quicker than my small 30 pint GE stand alone unit. My major issue was it would not shut off when the desired RH was hit according to the “sensor”. To test I turned up the RH setting to 40 per the almost worthless owners manual and the unit continued to run showing a RH of 38. Side note the unit was turned on when the RH was already at 42%. So I called into customer service to inquire if I was doing something wrong and spoke with someone that didn’t give a name that asked what model I had. I informed them of the number and then he stated he would call me back and wanted to know if I could text him the information about my order number. I told him I purchased it on Amazon and no I would not be texting him anything and he said he would call me back with the “resolution”. Confused if he even know what my issue was due to a language barrier I wasn’t sure I would even be getting a call back. My wife said maybe he was just a middle man and a technician will call you back the optimist she is. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the same person I had talked with earlier and was told I had the unit set to low at 38RH and it won’t shut off automatically unless I raise it to 55-60RH. I laughed at this point because in the instructions if that’s what they want to call them it said that to achieve a constant run of the unit to lower the RH to the lowest setting which I believe is 10%. I then informed him my basement maintained at that level as it was already 55-60% why would I need a dehumidifier. When I said I wasn’t sure how this company was even in business I was sent to an automated call review which I gave a 1 out of 5. I shall be returning this $700 unit which I had high hopes for. Because if this is the service I get after 3 days of owning one of their products I want nothing to do with them.

Great dehumidifier. Used all summer in my basement to control the humidity. Did a great job. Turns of automatically when the desired humidity is hit. Also has a long cord for the humidity sensor which helps with placing it away from the unit. Had some trouble with it about a week ago. Customer service was spot on. Outstanding customer service.

I have a conditioned crawlspace, well I paid for a conditioned crawlspace. The builder forgot one important part of this a dehumidifier. The humidity prior to installing this product was around 65%, after running this for four weeks the humidity was lowered to 38%. At that time I adjusted the humidity back up to 49% where it currently stays. I have a very large footprint for my house 56 feet by 60 feet. The height of crawl space rangers is from 4 feet on one side to 5.5 feet on the other side. I estimate about 4000 sqft crawl space. This one machine has done a great job controlling the humidity. My wood floors lay flat again. And the moldy smell in the crawl space is gone. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!

The product worked great but then stopped working. I reached out to customer service and they issued a replacement. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Touch pad is great and remote sensor too. I've been using so far for only a couple of months after having to replace subfloor due to moisture in the crawl space. Encapsulated the crawl space and using this unit. It's doing a nice job and that's saying a lot because we live right by the beach.
