I've only had this dehumidifier for a week, so that's a big caveat, but so far it's great! Quiet, compact, portable, easy to empty, nice design, and most importantly seems to work really well so far! I am using it in pretty small spaces- closet and sometimes adjacent room. But it gets the moisture down quickly. It doesn't always pause when it reaches target temp, but so far not a problem. Company had fast shipping and good communication. Recommend!
unit performs well and a bit noisy at high speeds ( i am sensitive to noise in general). had an issue with the unit after few months of operation. contacted product and they were prompt and courteous. After some testing, they provided a very satisfactory solution in a very short time. will continue to use their products.
works fine, quiet, but no indicator that bucket getting full except the beep when it powers down due to the fullness. there is a tube included for drainage and a cover for the tube hole if you elect not to use it, but some areas don't give you the option. mine is used in a back bedroom and isn't run every day, so draining the bucket often is not an issue; however, i wouldn't recommend this unit for long-term or heavy-duty work even in a small area. the job it does is commensurate with its size, i'm still happy to have it!
Really happy with the device performance. A bit more expensive, but design, performance, and quality need to come from somewhere. The device will suck the moisture out of your room air as advertised. I had other units before, which did not do the job. the Waykar device is as well silent as promised, looks/feels sturdy and high quality, Had it for 2 weeks, I am anticipating also a durable performance for years to come.
