The ordering process was easy, product was delivered on time and so far has been running great. We have the hose going directly into the sump pump pit and don’t have to worry about emptying the bucket daily.
small unit . Very quite, works very well , Use the drain hose and you don`t have to empty it for a few days . I have a larger Wayker Dehumidifier for my basement . It also performs very well .
Identified what part I needed and sent it out right after I ordered it.

Energy Star Dehumidifiers with Drain Hose and Self Drying: 120, and 150 pints (Pump Optional) It pulls the moisture out of the air great... I live in Southwest Louisiana... alot of moisture here... works great so my a/c doesn't have to work so hard...
