I received the unit within 2 days of ordering. It brings the humidity down very quickly and is very quiet.
Mine worked for about 30 minutes and now I can’t even turn it on. Also, FYI the company will not honor the one year warranty. I bought the unit last August and they refuse to fix it or replace it.
The unit works well at removing moisture. I did have trouble with the unit and I reached out to customer service . The company reached me thru email and helped me troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately the unit needs to be replaced the company is sending a replacement unit.
Love this dehumidifier. Very happy with this product. It was easy to setup and is extremely quiet to run. My basement is much drier. Now I’m just waiting to see how it affects my electric bill.
