I purchased this unit on July 8th are recieved the unit on July 11. It has been working great, overall. Customer service has been great in dealing with any issues and they have been very helpful.
I honestly didn��t expect much from a compact dehumidifier, but this one exceeded my expectations. Within a day it pulled an unbelievable amount of water out of the air. The only downside is the tank fills up quickly, but that��s the trade-off for such a small unit.
Replacement Drain Plug Fitting for PD160B Dehumidifier
It was working very well for the first month and a half and all of a sudden a rattling sound kept occurring every 5 minutes. I tried to take it apart but it’s nearly impossible to. Very unfortunate considering how well it was working before
Hello Julia, about the rattling noise, can you check if there is somerthing caught in the filter? You can remove the back panel and take off the filter to clean. If the noise continues, please reach out to support@waykar.com for help.
