This unit works well in my areas of need. Only issue I have is that I wanted to use the tube but because it is folded I couldn't get the kinks out and it doesn't flow properly. Overall I love the dehumidifier.
There was an accurate description online, shipping was quick, it was easy to install and is working well for this process.
It doesn’t get the humidity down in my basement like i thought it would. Its an open basement probably 1700 sq ft. And it will not get it below 52%
Very pleased with the service and the dehumidifier. It was easy to order, was shipped and delivered quickly and easy to set up. Rolled it into a corner of our fitness room and ran the drain hose through a wall to a drain in an adjacent room. Set it to 50%RH and turned it on. Fairly quiet and started removing moisture right away. Very pleased. Good looking product (for a dehumidifier!) and would recommend it to anyone.
