Customer service is very responsive & cooperative. After an issue 10 months after purchase the unit is being replaced at no cost to me. Terrific warranty and promptness on Waykar��s end.

I purchased this Dehumidifier last year. I noticed recently it wasn't functioning properly. I reached out to the support team through the Waykar website. They were responsive and helpful. They resolved my issue within a matter of days and were so pleasant. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have owned several Waykar dehumidifiers. And they do a very nice job. I did have a problem with one and the company responded to my letter immediately and resolved the problem. Very pleased woth the product and the follow through of Waykar !

This is a great product! It works really well. I appreciate the fact that it has an auto function so that it doesn't have to run continuously. I also appreciate that it has a drain valve so that we don't have to rely on the tank. I received an error after about a year that caused it to stop working, but customer support has been very helpful in instructing me on how to address the error.
