155 Pints Commercial Dehumidifier with Drain Hose 6.6 ft Long

The unit arrived leaking a copious amount of oil. I left it sit for 24 hours and then plugged it in. It didn’t generate any water. I emailed customer service and received no response. I called and a rep asked me to turn it to highest setting and run for another 12 hours. I also submitted photos. The promised return call never happened.

Purchased this unit in July of 2023 for the purpose of dehumidifying a church, that is only occudied twice a week, What a difference this unit made! When I needed customer support they were there Quickly and responded and resolved my question quickly! I recommend this product line!

Efficiently removes humidity from a large room. Runs quietly and emits cool air.
I did receive it with a little wheel damage, but customer service was very helpful and is sending a replacement.

Just a quick review of the product. The dehumidifier is a good value for the money. The design of the unit was well thought out. After almost 9 months of use the unit stopped working. I reached out to Waykar and they are willing replace the unit at No charge.

My unit stopped working after about 8 months and I contacted Waykar customer service and they had me try a few simple test to verify the unit needed replaced. The gave me several options to get a replacement unit shipped to me. The best option for me was to pay $50 direct to Waykar to return the defective unit to them. I prepaid and they shipped me a new unit the very next day. I then reused that packaging to but up the defective unit and returned it to FedEx the next day and shipped it pack to Waykar in SC. Entire process was quick and easy to work with their customer service team. I would purchase from this vendor in the future if needed and highly recommend you do the same.
