Waykar dehumidifier are awesome!!!! Highly recommended

I purchased the of 5 Waykar 158 pint commercial dehumidifier in January 2025,It has worked wonderfully well in clients office removing the humidity and the musty smell. Unfortunately one piece has given an error reason Im writing the review is because several weeks ago I had an error code, I contacted customer service and they responded right away. Thier technician provided me with a solution to correct the error code which I was able to do , but didnt correct the issue but the team has been given me all support to make sure i come out satisfied .This product an awesome product and as good as the customer service. And I would recommend to all my clients waykar dehumidifier are the ?? best !!!!

Unit works great, I did have an issue with it after 2 months and was so impressed with customer service, to have my issue resolved so quicly, couldn't be happier. Wish all company's would stand behind their product like waykar does.

Powerful and easy to use!

We upgraded to this large size model because our basement gets a good bit of moisture. Easy to set up and not too loud! Has many different settings and a remote to use also!

Keeps colder basements at lower humidity

I needed a dehumidifier for my unfinished cooler basement. I've had 50 and 70 pints before that ran constantly. It's been a little over 2 days this brought the RH%from 58% down to 42% and it's not running constantly. Exactly what I needed.

This product has many features and a great customer service team behind it. I have bought Waykar before and will continue in the future this product was easy to set up and comes with a power chord no need to hard wire this product. The pump feature is a wonderful upgrade from some of the gravity draining models love it!
