Poor Quality

Your dehumidifier failed after 6-8 weeks of operation. The freight should have been no charge since the return of the failed unit required repacking and two trips to FedX due to the hazards material rating. Customer service communication was difficult to understand their English. I will not recommend anyone buying from you.

The auto swing makes a big difference

I've owned several dehumidifiers before, but none removed moisture fast enough. I realized it might have something to do with the fan and air outlet design. So when I saw this one with an auto-swing outlet deflector panel, I decided to give it a try; and it truly changed everything. The airflow is stronger and more evenly distributed, and the room feels dry much faster.
