I originally purchased the 120-pint dehumidifier, and when I first got it, the unit worked incredibly well — it was pulling nearly 5 gallons of water out of the air each day and kept my basement at a comfortable humidity level.
After about a month, the performance started to drop, so I reached out to the company. Waykar responded quickly, took my issue seriously, and walked me through the troubleshooting process. When it became clear that the unit wasn’t working properly, they didn’t hesitate to help me get a replacement.
It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind its products, but Waykar absolutely does. Because of the excellent customer service and the quality of the replacement unit, I feel confident recommending this dehumidifier to anyone who needs serious moisture control.

After receiving my first initial unit the unit was mishandled in the shipping process by improper handling and with visible damage to the original box in which I took photos of it and had the delivery carrier notate, I took delivery of the unit and properly stored per manufacturer instructions and let the unit sit for 72 hours then I proceeded to install the unit and upon startup the unit was making loud compressor noise and blower vibration, I contacted Waykar support and was asked to sent photos and videos and was confirmed there was definitely something wrong with the unit and very quickly I received a replacement unit. Over all I’m extremely thankful and grateful for their support and making sure that I receive a replacement and was happy! Thank you Amber , Terence and Waykar!
