Empty every 12 hrs full of water
This dehumidifier has worked great in our basement with removing the moisture in the air. This is very important to us because the extra moisture could create mold downstairs which would create an unsafe living environment. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase!

Circuit board is bad. Put it in and it is showing water full and the probe sensor wires are clean. The board I replaced did not show water full and would run the unit. Bought the replacement as the compressor wont turn on and the capacitor was replaced.
Changed rating as I contacted Waykar tech support and there’s a setting that has to be adjusted to take off the full water display.
Definitely highly satisfied with customer service as they are very responsive & cooperative. After an issue 4 months after purchase the unit is being replaced at no cost to me. Terrific warranty and promptness on Waykar’s end.
