So much better than the Santa Fe at a 5th of the cost

I had 2 prior classic Santa Fe Dehumidifiers. Both broke down after a few years. I have one that still has a warranty - for parts only. Labor would have been $1000.00 to fix. I decided to try the try Waykar. This machine is quieter and does a better job than the Santa Fe, especially in terms of getting rid of that musty basement smell. The Santa Fe is a little over $3000. This was not even $600. My basement feels dryer than with the Santa Fe. The Santa fe warranty is 5 years but the labor cost is what negate the value of the warranty. To me it's not even close, I would never buy the Santa Fe again. This unit is worth every penny and so much better than the Santa Fe. The only down side of this unit is that it pumps out more warm air than the Santa Fe, but otherwise it's just a great machine. I would highly recommend this unit.

Poor poor poor 0 stars

Poor! Came leaking an oil substance and sounds terrible when running. Will not pull water out from air at all after running almost 2 hours. Have tried calling several times unable to reach anyone. Emailed and received directions to run for awhile. Want a refund and for you to pick up your machine please.

Better than Expected

Fixed my musty damp basement in about a week. I was shocked by the Wonderful performance of this Dehumidifier!! It's actually quieter than my old residential dehumidifier! The is worth every dollar I Spent!! Most Pleased!!Erick Belmer
