Very pleased with the service and the dehumidifier. It was easy to order, was shipped and delivered quickly and easy to set up. Rolled it into a corner of our fitness room and ran the drain hose through a wall to a drain in an adjacent room. Set it to 50%RH and turned it on. Fairly quiet and started removing moisture right away. Very pleased. Good looking product (for a dehumidifier!) and would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this for my damp 3500 sqft basement. Within a few hours the basement was down about 20% humidity and it now maintains the setting by coming on every few hours. The machine is made to last, not like the cheap ones from the big box stores. Been using for about a month and can’t be happier. It came packaged securely and was easy to get started. The digital display is easy to use and the wheels make the unit so smooth to move. Excellent machine!

Received my Waykar dehumidifier! This thing is solid! Packaged very nicely and secure. it was very easy to install and so far working like a charm! This model has two drainage options, the regular continuous drainage (which is what I am using) and a pump method. The pump method would be great for areas where the water has to actually be pushed out. Love that I have that option. It looks great, and it’s not too noisy. It is an awesome size for an industrial unit. Waykar also provides a 5 year warranty which is awesome!
