I purchased this dehumidifier 2 years ago and it recently had some issues. Colzer has gone above and beyond to help solve my problems. Customer service + work horse machine

We use this unit very hard and it’s doing it’s job. I had a minor issue and customer service answers very quickly . Sent me a video of the hose that needed to be connected and it’s been up and running 24/7 since.

Great Commercial Dehumidifier

The Colzer 232 does exactly what it says. The unit has a nice on/off feature allowing the dehumidifier to cycle on and off as it reaches the desired humidity level.I would recommend this unit hands down and appreciate the customer service for their prompt responses. If we ever need another unit for a project, I would definitely purchase the Colzer unit again.
