I had a GE humidifier that was half the size and capacity that did a much better job at pulling moisture from my basement. The only reason I replaced the GE was it had a crack in the hose outlet housing. The reviews for this dehumidifier looked promising to perform even better, however, it regularly keeps my basement 10 - 15% higher RH even when running in non-stop mode.
The company is easy to work with and very responsive. Dehumidifier works great. I’m accustomed to other brands lasting for about 24 months. I’m hoping this one will do better.
Excellent dehumidifier to dry out crawl spaces!! Works quick and has very nice features to make small adjustments. Very quiet and the pump works fast and efficient and is quite as well. Very good investment!!!
I purchased this unit as an upgrade to a previous unit from another company that had failed after 5 years of use. This one is much more solidly built. Brought the humidity in my garage down from 70% to 50% in just one day. Holding steady.
It came from China and I watched it with their shipping app. It showed up and now my dehumidifier is working as it should.
