I normally don't write reviews, but the professional handling of my Waykar dehumidifier warranty request deserves a mentioning. Our Dehumidifier worked perfectly for 10 months until I noticed an increased humidity in our basement. Cleaning the filter and turning it off and on didn't help nor did changing operating mode, so I reached out to Waykar technical support for help. Within 24 hours I was in an email conversation with Tina, where she asked me to do a specific test.
The test proved that the unit had stopped removing moisture from the air and was now merely working as a fan.
With that she asked for proof of purchase to verify that it was still on warranty and once confirmed promised to send a replacement unit, which I'm now waiting for. All in all a very smooth process without much back and forth at all. Everything the technical support person did and asked for made perfect sense.

I purchased two of these, one for each of our bathrooms that are used for showers. They have worked wonderfully. The tank is very large, which is great because we do not have to empty it as frequently as others we have used in the past. It has two speeds, and the units are powerful enough we generally just leave them both on low. It has an auto setting, but we generally just turn it on and set the timer so it automatically shuts off. We had one slight issue with one of the units after the return period passed, but the manufacturer quickly resolved the issue.

This item did a great job for a little over 90 days. It started freezing up, per the seller it has an internal problem. I contacted the seller and they have agreed to send a new unit. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved in a timely manner. Great product overall.

The product work great when I 1st started using it. After 3 months, I noticed that the back of the dehumanizer was collecting ice on the rails. I had passed the return window from Amazon, but I called the customer service for the company and spoke with their support team. They were able to triage the problem and help me get a new machine. I'm glad this company honors their product! I would recommend this machine for at home use.

Customer service was great. My dehumidifier stopped working just after one year, and they sent a replacement free of charge.
