After receiving my first initial unit the unit was mishandled in the shipping process by improper handling and with visible damage to the original box in which I took photos of it and had the delivery carrier notate, I took delivery of the unit and properly stored per manufacturer instructions and let the unit sit for 72 hours then I proceeded to install the unit and upon startup the unit was making loud compressor noise and blower vibration, I contacted Waykar support and was asked to sent photos and videos and was confirmed there was definitely something wrong with the unit and very quickly I received a replacement unit. Over all I’m extremely thankful and grateful for their support and making sure that I receive a replacement and was happy! Thank you Amber , Terence and Waykar!
I've owned several dehumidifiers before, but none removed moisture fast enough. I realized it might have something to do with the fan and air outlet design. So when I saw this one with an auto-swing outlet deflector panel, I decided to give it a try; and it truly changed everything. The airflow is stronger and more evenly distributed, and the room feels dry much faster.

We are very satisfied with this dehumidifier. We had a very wet summer and the humidity in our basement went high for the first time. This dehumidifier helped us keep the levels down to a safe zone. The amount of water it pulls in one day is unbelievable. Customer service was excellent also. A part was missing but was promptly sent to us. Excellent purchase.
