Great Product

 Great dehumidifier. Easy to use and easy to move around the house. I have it set up in my crawlspace with a continuous drain hose, works great.

Able to set and leave it

This unit it easy to operate. I can just set the levels I want, plug the hose in the back and place the hose in the drain on the floor. After that I can leave it running on its own and it will run until the level is reached and turn on when needed. The handle and 4 wheels make it easy to move around, since it's on the heavy side. I can also choose to run it for a specific time and also choose to use the bucket inside the unit. It will automatically turnoff, when that needs to be emptied.

Works Great and very quiet

Received item very fast. Item is just as described. Despite good packaging there was minimal damage to one of the caster wheel during shipping. Contacted the company customer service and they quickly resolved the issue with 5 star service.

Great Commercial Dehumidifier

 I received the dehumidifier to replace my old one. The panel is very easy to use. The unit isn’t too noisy and it’s been working very well.

Doing a great job

 This dehumidifier has been working great for us! Our basement gets lots of water in it during rainy seasons, and it was been a VERY rainy season. This obviously didn't magically remove all the water from the floor, but it's made a big difference. We were previously using a much smaller dehumidifier that did an OK job, but this one is much more powerful. It is not loud for it's size (it's near the heating unit and washing machine, and not much louder than those). I do wish it had a longer hose, because our basement has a drain that it could be directed into if it did, but that is a small thing.
