I bought this to keep my basement dry, not a lot of water problem but enough to warrant a real big size dehumidifier. This appears be a very well built solid unit which works great, my almost 1,000sf basement is completely dry and stays that way. It works almost 24/7 and zero problems. Customer service is great, I accidentally spilled some water on the LCD display panel which went bad and I got a response about replacement right away which was over the weekend. Totally recommended.

We are extremely pleased with this purchase. We operate a dog wash which generates a great amount of humidity which is both uncomfortable for clients and it also increases drying times. We've used and worn out so many portable floor units before switching to this ceiling unit. It looks more professional without the floor units, drains to the outside and finally handles our high humidity rates. A real solution for humid environments!Install was fine and customer support was friendly and responsive when I called for questions about the remote control settings. A definite 5 star experience!

The dehumidifier showed up quickly. I set it up for a test on a table before installing it, and it extracted a lot of water from the air. I installed it and have had it running for10 months.
