I am writing this review to give kudos (5 stars) to waykar’s support for great customer service. I purchased the CTH80A directly from Waykar in July 2025, did the required set up. The dehumidifier worked great and ran very quite as advertised for four months. At the end of April 2026 hooked the unit back up. Checked it a short time later an error code E-3 was now displayed. Checked the manual that indicates a refrigerant leak and to contact support. They were contacted via email and responded with 24 hours with instructions on how to obtain a replacement unit. I am very impressed on how fast customer service responded and offered a new dehumidifier to be sent. This is my first Waykar dehumidifier and I hope they continue there great support in backing their products.Thank you Lauren for handling this claim.

Bought a Ge at Lowe’s and it broke in 2 days. We ordered this unit and it has been working like a champ.
Shopping and ordering process was fairly straightforward and discount coupons also help with prices. Received continued communication throughout the shipping process and order was received well packaged and set up instructions were easy. Was interested in the pump model to locate the unit with flexibility and two hoses are provided for the setup. Unit worked great to reduce humidity in our basement during humid seasons. Support was very responsive with questions. Have tried standalone units with lower pint capacity but this is commercial grade with higher capacity.
I am really surprised how much H2O it is removing from my house!!
Works wonders in my camper van. It doesn't drain the battery too fast when using my power station.
