I got this dehumidifier almost a year now and cant be more happier. My basement humidity level is vary high so dehumidifier has to work around the clock. My basement is finally dry and no more bad odor.

Very impressed with your product, name brands were over priced and was not sure that a dehumidifier was the answer. Reading about brands on the market, and careful consideration on square foot capacity and reservoir size, I selected your machine.
