I want to give a huge shout-out to Waykar for their outstanding customer service. I originally purchased the 120-pint dehumidifier, and when I first got it, the unit worked incredibly well — it was pulling nearly 5 gallons of water out of the air each day and kept my basement at a comfortable humidity level.

After about a month, the performance started to drop, so I reached out to the company. Waykar responded quickly, took my issue seriously, and walked me through the troubleshooting process. When it became clear that the unit wasn’t working properly, they didn’t hesitate to help me get a replacement.

It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind its products, but Waykar absolutely does. Because of the excellent customer service and the quality of the replacement unit, I feel confident recommending this dehumidifier to anyone who needs serious moisture control.

Works well and is quiet. Effectively dehumidifies a large area.

I purchased two of these for my dance studio which is in a large industrial building, and they work great. They help keep the moisture out of the building and help keep mold away.

This is the second review of the dehumidifier. It worked well until the coils continually froze. Up until that, the unit worked great dropping my 700 sq. foot basement humidity from 77% to 50% in a matter of hours. Very quiet too. Customer service was prompt and indicated a replacement was on the way.

The dehumidifier was easy to install, worked great and made the basement more comfortable and eliminated any dampness in our cement block basement. The manufacturer was most responsive even when there was a problem with the unit after the warranty period!
