I bought this unit, super quiet! It runs continuously in my basement. I had questions about how it worked. The customer service for Waykar is excellent! They responded in a very timely manner and were extremely helpful. It is evident that they really care about their customers.
I’m using mine in a shop that I built (20x20). I have some electronics I keep there when I’m not using them, and I need to keep the humidity down to protect my equipment. The dehumidifier has been working great.
I absolutely loved this dehumidifier! It exceeded my expectations and really delivers on everything it promises. I live in Spring, Texas, where humidity is very high, and this unit has been a game changer in my home. It pulls a lot of moisture from the air and creates a much more comfortable environment.
I don’t have a drain hose set up yet, so I empty the water tray every 10 hours or so—but that just shows how much humidity it’s removing. I highly recommend this to anyone dealing with a humid climate. Great product!
Super Quiet! It works fast to bring down humidity in our basement rec room! I am concerned that the "Full" symbol on the top does not light up. When I go to empty it, it almost spills while removing the bucket. I worry about it overflowing while on vacation
