I got this dehumidifier almost a year now and cant be more happier. My basement humidity level is vary high so dehumidifier has to work around the clock. My basement is finally dry and no more bad odor.

I bought a dehumidifier CH80B. I have had it about a week and a half and for the first time in a month I am not stopped up and I feel much better. It really does the work. It may take a little time at the beginning if you have a lot of humidity, but after that, it is great I definitely recommend it.

I purchased this model as a replacement for an older Waykar that has been keeping my basement dry for several years. The new model took my basement from 71% RH to 52% RH overnight. I also have an independent humidity monitor which tells me that the unit is calibrated well and precise. This model is quieter and smaller than the previous one which is an added bonus. It comes with a drain hose so it is ready to go right out of the box. The set up was super easy and the control panel is very user friendly. I would recommend this model to anyone that needs a quiet machine to keep their finished basement at a comfortable humidity level.

The dehumidifier is the quietest dehumidifier we have ever had and we have had plenty. When I first installed it I thought I had an issue and reached out to the company for help and they answered immediately. That something you don’t see to often today. Several friends have seen and heard the unit operating and have trashed their old noisy units for this one. I would definitely recommend this dehumidifier.

Had a minor issue with a unit I purchased a year ago. I contacted Waykar customer service and it was resolved immediately. Their knowledge and help were greatly appreciated. The piece was exactly what it was needed but didn’t came with instructions how to mount/dismount. My husband needed to dismount the whole unit to get access to the panel. Maybe a QR code or a link to a page or YouTube video will be greatly appreciated

I love these dehumidifiers. Easy to install and operate.

I hav a 2 story, 1100 sq ft home. I use the dehumidifier upstairs, on high and average about 475 watts per hour of use. It lowers the RH% upstairs about 10-12% per hour and lowers the downstairs RH% about 1-2% per hour. Runs very silent and I use a rubber pad on the hardwood floor to lower vibration during operation. I am pleased with direct drain line function, however havent used the pump yet so I can not comment. Very pleased with purchase. Its quiet and efficent as promised.

Received the replacement wheel assy. for the dehumidifier and and it was very easy to remove the broken unit and very easy to replace the new assy.

As a new owner of the Waykar 120-pint (6,000 sq. ft.) dehumidifier, I purchased this unit for my basement, and the setup was incredibly easy. It was truly a "plug and play" experience right out of the box. In addition, the efficiency and powers of the instrument is remarkable. I connected it in the evening, and by the following morning, the humidity in my 1,500+ sq. ft. basement had dropped from over 40% to a steady 20%. The Waykar 120-pint definitely gets the job done!

Looks nice, works well, easy to move and control. The customer service is excellent. It’s so nice to do business with a company that puts its customers first.

We set it up on a shelf next to, and a little above, our utility sink in our basement/garage, so it drains into the sink. So far, it is working as well as we expected, and it’s quiet too…

It is hard to find dehumidifiers with dual ducting. This model works great. I had a bit of a flood and had two of these units that I did not install yet with ducting so I just turned these on, set the humidity to 30%. I had to travel when I came back my basement was bone dry.

Finally, the humidity in my house is getting under control with this dehumidifier. it started at 73% relative humidity, and mold was tending to grow on certain walls. I’m glad there is a CO option for continuous operation. The machine seems very well made and sturdy. I’m happy with the purchase!

Works great. Almost removing 2 gallons/day bringing humidity down from 70% to 60%. Wished I spent $ for this earlier than 2 x $80 Amazon specials that barely removed 1 cup/ day.

Purchased recently to replace another brand larger unit that had quit working at 4 years seasonally used. Set up in place, waited 48hrs and within two days realized this unit at half the size was not only doing a better job at what they are built and designed to do but also sooooo much quieter!! Best money spent..no regrets!

Start up moisture reading of 73. Removed 2.5 gallons of water in first 10 hours, 1.5 in the next 24, less than 1 in the next 24 and practically none after that while maintaining the humidity at low 50’s.
