This is the third small dehumidifier we purchased for our basement. We are excited about the 2 year warranty because our last two barely made it a year. The unit took humidity from 58% down to 35% in three days. We got a torrential rain over a two day period and the unit kept the humidity at 35%.
Quiet and efficient so far.
my hose connected to my dehumidifier came off and fell into the well and I had to order another and the new one does not fit. I would like to mail it back and be reimburse back to my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD.
This super quiet dehumidifier has been excellent for my home. It’s much quieter than the unit I had before and does a great job removing humidity across the whole house. The self-cleaning and auto-defrost features are very convenient and keep maintenance easy.
I have gone thru 6+ various different dehumidifiers (all higher priced, not cheap ones), and unfortunately most of them fail in less than 18 months. This time I went with a "commercial" unit with a 2 year warranty. So far after only 2 weeks running. all is fine. Initial set up was very simple. Very pleased so far.
