I have still not received product. released by customs on May 5th. Where is it?
I purchased two of these for my dance studio which is in a large industrial building, and they work great. They help keep the moisture out of the building and help keep mold away.
This is the second review of the dehumidifier. It worked well until the coils continually froze. Up until that, the unit worked great dropping my 700 sq. foot basement humidity from 77% to 50% in a matter of hours. Very quiet too. Customer service was prompt and indicated a replacement was on the way.
I love this machine. I bought the biggest model because I have a 1600 foot semi insulated shop in the south. The last couple days it has been 90% humidity outside but way down to almost 50 in the shop. My only problem is I have pump mode on and sometimes it will apparently just shut off making the bucket fill then tune the machine off. In the grand scheme of things not that big of a deal unless I was gone for a couple days. If there is a fix let me know.
I have 2 waykar dehumidifiers. I have the waykar 120 pint, which I was happy with for 11 months. The unit stopped collecting water, but the service department acted fast to correct this issue. I also have the 150 pint, which works flawlessly. I will use waykar for dehumidifier needs in the future. Once you register your device, you receive an additional year of warranty, which is a plus.
