The 150 pint dehumidifier lowered humidity within hours and performed well for several months. When an issue occurred, customer service offered a replacement, with a $45 shipping fee or no charge if a 4 or 5 star review was provided. I’ve used several dehumidifier brands in the past, most of which developed problems after a couple years. I chose this model primarily for its warranty and customer service, which have met expectations so far, though I had hoped to avoid issues so soon.
Totally happy with the product. Received the humidifier quickly and in perfect shape
This dehum has my humidity level down from 83% to 50%. The only negative thing I have to say is the dump tank top is about to come off. I have this product for maybe 3-4 weeks.
seems like the unit is working great! only have it up and running for about 10 days but the humidity went from 80 down to 51 in about 1 week
