Paid almost 800 dollars and found my basement flooded. Pump will not come on. Bought 8/20/25 and today is 9/3/2025.
Perhaps I should have gotten a bit bigger model. Not an issue just empty a bit more. Tried it on auto the only thing is the full bucket lite doesn't come on running on manual now. All in all it works great
My package was delivered to the Post Office not to my home. My home address was on the order and the package. I was not sent any notice that the package would be at the Post Office. I happened to be there yesterday and they recognized me otherwise I would have thought the package was lost.
The only problem I have is that it is to small. It works great, its quiet but the tank has to be emptied twice a day or it stops working. It does have a hose but I don't have a place to drain it.
